Pan Fry Instructions: Place thawed sausage links in a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. Cook 12-16 minutes or until cooked through and browned, turning often. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F. Oven Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place sausages on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for approximately 10 minutes. Turn sausage over and continue roasting for approximately 5 minutes, until sausages reach internal temperature of 160 degrees F. To get to a nice golden brown, preheat broiler. Place the pan under the broiler and broil the sausages, turning once until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.
