Tell pesky parasites to ‘bug off’ with the Hartz UltraGuard Pro Reflective Flea & Tick Collar for Dogs & Puppies. This collar kills and repels both fleas and ticks on pups with necks up to 26 inches for 7 months, and also prevents flea eggs from hatching for over half the year - stopping the flea life cycle and inhibiting reinfestation.

The water resistant design remains effective even after getting caught in the rain. Additionally, the Reflect-X Shield reflects direct light for up to 450 feet for an added dimension of nighttime safety. For continuous flea and tick protection from head to tail, replace the collar every 7 months. For use on puppies 12 weeks of age and older.

• Kills and repels fleas, ticks, flea eggs and flea larvae, plus prevents flea eggs from hatching for 7 months. Can be worn simultaneously with your dog's regular colla

• Reflective strip reflects direct light up to 450 feet for added visibility

• Water-resistant design won't cause loss of effectiveness if your playful pup takes a stroll in the rain

• Fits dogs with necks that measure up to 26 inches

• For use on adult dogs and puppies 12 weeks of age and older

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Tetrachlorvinphos - 14.55%; (S)-Methoprene - 1.02%; Other Ingredients - 84.43%. Total 100.00%.

Directions

Directions for Use: It is a federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Application instructions: remove the collar from package, unrolland stretch to activate the insecticide. Place the collar around the dog's neck, adjust for proper fit, and buckle in place. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the dog and to permit the collar to move around the neck. A properly fitted collar is one that, when fastened, will snugly slide over the dog's head. Leave 2 or 3 inches on the collar for extra adjustment and cut off and dispose of the extra length. The collar will begin to kill fleas, ticks and flea eggs and larvae immediately. Its full protection against harder to kill ticks will be built up within a few days after being placed on the dog. For continuous protection under normal conditions replace the collar every seven months. Under conditions where dogs are exposed to severe flea and tick infestations, it may be necessary to replace the collar more frequently. However, do not replace the collar any earlier than 5 months. Wetting will not impair the collar's effectiveness or the dog's protection. If the dog goes swimming or is out in the rain it is not necessary to remove the collar. The collar may be worn with a regular collar.
