Microwave: Place 10 oz of frozen spinach in 1-quart casserole dish; cover and cook 4-6 minutes, stirring once about midway through cooking period (check for cold spots; break up clumps with fork); if necessary stir spinach thoroughly and cook for additional 1 minute; season to taste and cover allowing to stand for food safety and quality before serving.
