Roast: Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 55-60 minutes. Broil: Marinate thighs in the refrigerator in your favorite marinade and broil 6 inches from the heat. Allow approximately 10 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and size. No defrosting needed.
