Round Up® Ready to Use Weed & Grass Killer. Kills all types of weeds & grasses. How it works: Active ingredient Glyphosate is absorbed by the weed's leaves. It moves through the weed to the root, stopping the function of an essential enzyme found in plants, but not humans or animals. Weeds die, root and tall - so they don't grow back. Kill only what you spray. Any product not absorbed by the plant breaks down without moving in or on the soil to untreated plants. Weeds begin to yellow and wilt within 3 hours with complete kill in 1 to 2 weeks. Where to use. In flower beds & vegetables gardens. Around shrubs & trees. On patios, walkways & driveways, gravel or much beds. Along fences & foundations. Edging around foundations and retaining walls.
