Rake area to loosen the top layer of soil and remove any dead grass.
For best results, add a thin layer of Scotts® Turf Builder® LawnSoil™ before applying seed.
Apply:
Use a Scotts® spreader to apply the seed.
Lightly rake the seed into the soil.
For best results, apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Starter® food for new grass.
Spreader settings - reseeding - new lawn/bare spot repair.
Scotts® hand-held spreaders - 3 - 4.
Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders - 3 - 4 1/2.
Scotts® drop spreaders - 5 - 7.
Water:
Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
