Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Wheat Protein Isolate, Sugar, Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Salt, Soybean Oil, Whey Protein Isolate (milk Protein), Buttermilk, Natural Flavor
Directions
Do not eat raw batter.
1 cup mix makes 5–6 4-inch pancakes.
For 15g protein per serving, combine 1 cup mix and 2/3 cup water.
For 17g protein per serving, combine 1 cup mix and 2/3 cup milk.
For 20g protein per serving, combine 1 cup mix and 2/3 cup milk and 1 egg.
Tip: For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Protein amount will vary from chart.
Directions:
1. Heat griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.
2. Whisk mix and water (or milk/egg, if using). Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Do not over-mix.
3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
4. Cook pancakes 1-3/4–2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. (Note: Flip only once. Bubbles may not form.)
