Recommended Daily Feeding for Dogs: For an average dog with normal activity the following amounts of product fed once daily are recommended: Adult Dog Size (using a standard 8 oz [250 ml] measuring cup): 3 to 12 lb: 1/2 to 1-1/4 cups daily; 13 to 20 lb: 1-1/4 to 1-2/3 cups daily; 21 to 35 lb: 1-2/3 to 2-1/2 cups daily; 36 to 50 lb: 2-1/2 to 3-1/4 cups daily; 51 to 75 lb: 3-1/4 to 4 cups daily; 76 to 100 lb: 4 to 5 cups daily; Over 100 lb: 5 cups plus 1/3 cup for each 10 lb of body weight over 100 lb. Adult Dogs: Most adult dogs can be fed once daily. However, when high activity or other factors create a higher feed intake, twice-a-day feeding is recommended. Dogs should be maintained in good body condition and not allowed to become overweight. The food intake required to maintain good body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Consequently, the amount of food required for each dog will vary and should be adjusted accordingly.
