spinach and bacon quiche - ingredients: 1 (9") deep-dish, frozen pie crust, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 - 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach, 1 - 1/2 cup big y egg substitute, 1 cup half & half, 1 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 6 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper.
