Toaster Oven: • Preheat toaster oven to 425degF. • Place Scallops on sheet pan lined with foil. • Bake for 14–16 minutes, turning Scallops after 10 minutes. • For best result, broil Scallops for last 3 minutes of baking. Conventional Oven: • Place rack in center of oven, preheat to 425degF. • Place Scallops in a single layer, 1/2 inch apart, on a shallow baking pan • Bake Scallops for 13–15 minutes.
