Preparation Instructions: Cook from frozenBoil in Bag: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Place fillet in plastic pouch into water. Make sure that fish is completely submerged in the water. Allow water to return to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes for 1 fillet, or increase cook time to 12 minutes for 2 fillets. Carefully remove fish from packaging and serve with finishing sauce. Contents will be hot, use caution.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
