Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these Cooking Instructions: Oven (Preheat 400 degrees F). Frozen 75 mins. Thawed (Product may be thawed under refrigeration (40 degrees F) no more than 48 hours. Do not refreeze). Remove lid, bend lid slightly then place lid on tray so it is elevated over enchiladas. Bake 75 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. 1. Remove aluminum lid, bend lid slightly then place lid on tray so it is elevated over enchiladas. 2. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. 3. Bake for 75 minutes (If cooking from thawed, for step 3 reduce time to 45 minutes. Follow all other steps. Will be hot! 4. Carefully remove tray from oven. 5. Let stand 15 minutes to complete cooking. Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting.
