Baking Instructions:You will need:Â 11/4 cup milk and 1 eggHearty Buttermilk Whole Wheat Pancakes It's as easy as...1. Preheat griddle to 375degF (or until water drops dance on griddle). Empty mix into bowl.2. Add 1 egg and 11/4 cup milk, mix to a smooth batter that pours easily. 3. Bake on a lightly greased hot griddle until edges look done and tops are filled with unbroken bubbles. Turn pancakes once and bake until golden brown. Makes about 8 medium (5-inch) pancakes. ...and Shawnee adds the "Me" Golden Crisp Waffles Preheat waffle iron. Empty mix into bowl. Add 1 egg, 11/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons melted shortening or oil. Mix to a smooth batter. Bake on a hot waffle iron until steaming stops, or waffle reaches desired crispness.
