Directions: Stack briquets in pyramid. Do not fill the grill. Do not use more than three pounds (1.36kg) of charcoal. Open grill vents. Do not put cover on grill until ready to cook! Light the charcoal with match immediately in several places. Stand back from grill after lighting. Once the flames have died out and the charcoal has completely ashed over (in approximately 20 to 25 minutes) spread charcoal evenly to begin cooking. To maintain lighting ability of remaining briquets be sure to close bag tightly by rolling top down.
Safety tips: Do not light any part of the bag. Barbeque away from flammable items, overhangs, and trees. Make sure grill is on a flat, level surface. After cooking, make sure ashes are completely cool before discarding. Do not use in water smoker grills.
