Place desired amount of fries on nonstick baking sheet in single layer. 2. Bake 8 minutes. Carefully flip with spatula. Bake 7-10 minutes more or until desired crispness. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. 1. Place desired amount of fries carefully in fryer basket. Fill only half full to prevent oil overflow and allow for even cooking. 2. Deep fry 3-5 minutes, until thoroughly cooked and desired crispness. Carefully remove basket from oil; drain fries on paper towel. Serve. Caution: Straight cut fries will be hot!
