Cook Time: 5-7 min. Preparation: 1. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. 2. Add Tolerant pasta to boiling water. Cook 5-7 minutes. 3. Give the pot a stir (or two) during cooking. 4. Remove from heat. Drain. Rinse. Note: Water may appear cloudy and foamy. Totally normal when cooking legumes! Be sure to use plenty of water! Toss with your favorite sauces, oils, spices, vegetables or use in soups and casseroles, the possibilities are endless! Tolerant is a great substitute for traditional pasta too! Store in a cool, dry place.
