Sugar, Cake Meal (ground Matzo Made From Passover Wheat Flour And Water), Potato Starch, Natural And Artificial Flavor.
Makes: about 10 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Bake Time: 20-22 minutes. You Will Need: 6 large eggs; 1/4 cup water; 9 inch two-piece tube pan; mixing bowl. Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Separate 6 large eggs and allow to come to room temperature. Mix: Beat egg yolks and water together about 2 minutes on high speed until lemon-colored. Gradually add contents of this package to beaten egg yolks mixture and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes on medium speed, until smooth. Beat egg whites until a very firm peak is formed when beater is lifted. Fold egg whites into batter carefully using a rubber spatula or large spoon. Do not beat. Place batter into ungreased pan. Bake: Bake at 325 degrees F for 70 minutes. Remove cake from oven and place upside down on heat resistant bottle or 2-4 cans of equal height until cool (this will ensure best cake height). After cooled, loosen sides with straight knife and remove from pan.
