1 bottle dry vermouth, 375 ml
1 can sparkling soda
1 cup simple syrup
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup raspberries, chopped
¼ cup mint, roughly torn
¼ cup sage
1. Combine all ingredients and stir together.
2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve.
3. Serve over ice, if desired.
