In our minds, split peas irresistibly evoke neighbors and friendship. Which makes sense, given that our split peas come from a farm in Albenque, Revel, which is just three miles from our facilities. At his farm, Régis de Martrin has been growing prime pulses and cereal crops organically for over twenty years.
Our split pea jardinière is finely cooked with baby carrots, onions and herbes de Provence. This recipe – one of the first we ever concocted – expresses the soul of our local region in a way that is both original and authentic. To this day, it remains one of our most successful creations.
