The classic Grape-Nuts hot recipe:
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts cereal.
1/3 cup fat-free milk.
Mix cereal and milk in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds for a big crunch or 1 min. for a little crunch!
Add any of the following to each serving of hot cereal before serving:
1 tbsp raisins, chopped dates, chopped dried apricots or coconut.
1 tbsp chopped apples, banana or strawberries; dash of ground cinnamon.
Stir 2 tsp granulated sugar or brown sugar into cereal mixture before microwaving.
