Cook thoroughly - See cooking instructions. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Microwave Instructions: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. (1) Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. (2) Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. (3) Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking (Stand time is important for food safety). Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the light blue tabs and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Microwave Cook Time: 1200 Wattage: 4-1/2 minutes. 1000 Wattage: 5 minutes. 800 Wattage: 6 minutes. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use stove top instructions. Caution! Product will be hot! Stove Top Instructions: (1) Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water. (2) Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 10 to 11 minutes stirring occasionally. (3) Drain and serve. This side up. Lay flat when microwaving.

Keep frozen - do not thaw.

Don’t bother buying unless you want all carrots! The bag we just made had ONE piece of broccoli and barely any cauliflower.

So...you spend a little extra money to buy the best...you think...There were a few 1 inch pieces of broccoli stems, lots of carrots (maybe Bugs Bunny would be happy but we were not) and the cauliflower was brownish.

We cooked a package of Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots last night and found that there were several rough untrimmed carrot tops in the mix. Very disappointing to find what would ordinarily be cut off before preparing.

Excellent quality frozen vegetables and reasonably priced. I’ve never been saddled with tiny pieces or substandard quality. Sales can often be found. I will definitely purchase again. So yum!

Great and easy alternative to fresh
        Reviewed on July 10, 2022 by russ7020 on influenster.com
I eat a mostly plant based diet- I actually follow the Mediterranean “diet” (I prefer to think of it as a lifestyle instead of a diet because it’s extremely healthy and anti inflammatory, which I need for my nasty autoimmune disease.) So, I eat a LOT of vegetables and sometimes I can’t always get them fresh, or I’m too tired to cook, so these are a fantastic alternative. Frozen vegetables are the next best thing to fresh (don’t eat canned! Get frozen instead) . I like Green Giant and Bird’s Eye both because of the excellent quality and the “steamable” varieties that you can put right in the microwave and it steams the vegetables to perfection and you don’t have to do anything else except add seasoning if you want. They aren’t “mushy” and taste pretty fresh. They have a lot of varieties, including ones you can use as meal kits for things like fajitas, stir fry’s, etc.. They also have a lot that are pre-seasoned or have sauce on them, which aren’t as healthy, but probably taste great and kids would eat/ like. My favorite is always the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots because it’s perfectly balanced and all three come out cooked perfectly. I also love the Brussel sprouts, which are hard to find. I always have a freezer full of these. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
