Suggested Cooking Instructions: For best results, it is recommended that the crab cakes be thawed under refrigeration prior to cooking. The crab cakes in this package should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Saute: Cook thawed crab cakes in frying pan with butter or oil approximately 3-5 minutes on each side over medium heat, or until golden brown. For frozen crab cakes, cooking time will be 5-7 minutes on each side. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place thawed crab cakes on ungreased pan and bake for 10-15 minutes. Turn cakes once during cooking. For frozen crab cakes, cooking time will be 20-25 minutes.
