When shaken and mixed well, it dissolves and removes waterproof makeup effectively in one go. The oil phase effortlessly attracts and dissolves grease and makeup and allows the product cleanse gently over the fragile eye area, while the water phase freshens and lifts everything off the skin, no harsh rubbing and no stinging on the eyes. This eye makeup remover is ruthless on makeup while gentle to the eye, leaving behind soft, instantly hydrated and beautifully conditioned lashes.
