Prepare only one pouch at a time. Only microwave cooking is recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Microwave oven cooking:
Directions developed using 1100 watt and 700 watt microwave ovens. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted.
Do not tear, pierce or cut pouch.
Lay pouch flat in microwave with this side up.
1100 watt: cook on high 5 minutes.
700 watt: cook on high 8 minutes.
During cooking pouch will inflate as the steam builds.
Let the pouch stand in microwave 1 minute to complete cooking.
Using both hands. Carefully hold top and bottom seal marked by the green squares and remove pouch from microwave. Product and packaging will be hot.
Open the pouch carefully with scissors.
Pour contents onto a plate, stir & enjoy.
