Preparation: You Will Need: 1 package Essential Everyday Fudge Brownie Mix, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1 large egg. 1. In large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg; stir until moistened (about 50 strokes). Spread into greased 8x8-inch baking pan. 2. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven (325 degrees F for dark, nonstick or glass pan) 18-21 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean. Tip: For cake-like brownies, increase water to 3 tablespoons. High Altitude (above 3500 feet): Stir 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. For regular brownies, decrease oil to 2 tablespoons, use 3 tablespoons water and 1 egg. For cake-like brownies decrease oil to 2 tablespoons, use 3 tablespoons water and 2 eggs. Bake at 350 degrees F 27-30 minutes.
