Ingredients

Oats, Whey Protein Isolate (whey Protein Isolate, Non-gmo Soy Lecithin) (milk), Buttermilk, Pea Protein, Apples, Coconut Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-gmo Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt.


Directions

Protein Pancakes:

1. Whisk 1/2 cup mix (1 serving) with 1/3 cup +1 tablespoon cold water until well blended.

Let sit for 3 minutes while griddle warms up. Batter thickens as it sits.

2. Heat griddle to low heat (285-295°F).

3. Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased, pre-heated griddle.

4. Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.

Want thinner pancakes?

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water until a desired consistency is reached.

Want more protein per serving?

23g - Replace water with fat-free milk.

26g - Replace water with 1 large egg + 4 tablespoons of water.

Waffles:

1. Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings), 1 egg and 2/3 cup cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while waffle iron heats up. Batter thickens as it sits.

2. Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.

Apple Doughnuts:

What you'll need:

1-1/4 cups FlapJacked cinnamon apple mix.

1/4 tsp Baking powder.

1 Egg.

1/2 cup Skim milk.

1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt.

1/4 cup Applesauce.

3 Tbsp Powdered sugar.

1 tsp Cinnamon.

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.

3. Dollop batter into a greased doughnut pan. Fill pan to the center but don't cover.

4. Bake 13-15 minutes.

Let cool.

5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a zipper bag. Shake doughnuts in the mixture.

6. Enjoy! Makes 9 hunger-busting doughnuts.
