PREPARATION AND HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
Preheat non-stick skillet. add it. of healthy oil. Place nutburger in skillet and cook medium heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
GRILL: Brush frozen nutburger with oil, and grill on low heat 3-4 minutes per side.
MICROWAVE: Remove frozen nutburger from packaging & place on micro-wave safe dish. Heat on 70% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. let stand.
HOW TO ENJOY:
SANDWICH: Serve with your favorite bun, tomatoes, pickles, avocados sprouts, mixed greens & our special nutburger sauce.
CRUMBLES: Enjoy protein style, wrapped your favorite lettuce, crumbled in a taco, in a breakfast scramble or over your favorite salad.
