Keep refrigerated. Shake well. This package may be frozen if unopened. When removing from freezer, thaw out thoroughly and use within 7 days after opening. To Make Scrambled Egg Product: 1. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. 2. Shake carton and pour contents into pan. 3. Don't stir. As egg product sets, push from edges to center. 4. Cook until done, season to taste. Due to pasteurization, these egg whites will not whip and are not recommended for meringues or angel food cakes. For Recipe Purposes: 3 tablespoons = 1 large egg; 1/3 cup = approx. 2 large eggs; 3/4 cup - approx 3 large eggs. 1. Twist cap to pierce carton. 2. Ready to pour.
