Keep frozen until ready to cook or thaw under refrigeration before use. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fillets on nonstick baking pan. For frozen product, bake for approximately 25 minutes. For thawed product, bake for approximately 20 minutes. Turn fillets after 12 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Pan Fry: Preheat a cast iron or other heavy bottomed pan over medium to medium high heat. Add a small amount of butter or olive oil to the pan and let it spread. Place thawed fillets on the skillet and let sear from 4-5 minutes. Turn fillets. Reduce heat to medium low and cook to an internal temperature of 145 decrees F, approximately 10-12 more minutes.
