Directions
Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use or thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Cook from Frozen: For your convenience, the fillets can be cooked from frozen. Remove fish from all packaging. Cook times will vary according to the thickness of the fish. Saute: Lightly coat skillet with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and turn on medium heat. Add frozen fillet, cover and cook for 3 min. Turn fillet and cook additional 3 minutes. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat both sides of the fillet with cooking oil. Bake on foil-lined baking sheet for 13-15 minutes. Poach: Place frozen fillet in pan and add enough water to just cover it. Bring to simmer, add lid and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Grill: Preheat BBQ to 400 degrees F. Place single frozen fillet in aluminum foil. Coat both sides of the fish with cooking oil. Wrap foil loosely around the fish and fold to seal the packet. Grill on rack with lid closed for 7-8 minutes. Thawing Fillets for Other Recipe Preparation: Remove fillet from bag and inner sealed packaging and thaw in refrigerator 6-8 hours, depending on the thickness of the fillets; keep any thawed fillets refrigerated and cook within 1 to 2 days. Do not refreeze fillets.
