Linguine (“little tongues” in Italian) is made from long, flat strands of pasta, but is thinner and narrower than its relative Fettuccine.
Barilla® Linguine lends the perfect combination of texture, elegance, and taste to your pasta dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
Semolina (wheat), Durum Wheat Flour, Vitamins/minerals: Vitamin B3 (niacin), Iron (ferrous Sulfate), Vitamin B1 (thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Folic Acid
1. Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste.
2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently.
3. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 9 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat. Drain well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla® sauce.
