Keep frozen. Thawing Instructions: Submerge vacuum pack in cold water for 15 minutes. Once thawed, remove from packaging. Use within 2 days. Do not refreeze after thawing. Cooking Instructions: All instructions are for thawed fillets removed from the vacuum pack, rinsed and patted dry. For best results, brush with melted butter or oil and season to taste. Bake: 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Grill: 3-5 minutes on each side. Broil: 5-7 minutes. Pan Fry: 3-4 minutes on each side. Cooking times may vary. Filets are done when the fish flakes easily.
