Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour), Dried Pumpkin Flakes, Soybean Oil. Less Than 2% Of: Spices, Salt, Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Xanthan Gum, Arabic Gum, Caramel Color, Annatto (color), Corn Flour.
You'll Need: 2/3 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. Tip: Add ½ cup toasted chopped walnuts or pecans for a hearty crunch. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 350 degrees F: Lightly grease 8x4-inch or 9x5-inch loaf pan. 2. Stir : Stir together water, oil, eggs and quick bread mix until moistened. Spoon batter into loaf pan. Do not eat raw batter. 3. Bake: Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Yield: 8x4-inch loaf pan: Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 57-62 minutes. Yield: 9x5-inch loaf pan: Temperature: 350 degrees F; Bake Time: 52-57 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding an additional 2 tablespoons water.
