Directions
To brew great coffee:
Always use Mayorga Coffees.
Use cold, fresh water. If available, use filtered or bottled water.
Grind the beans according to the brew method that you will be using: fine for espresso and cone filters, medium for drip machines, and coarse for French press. Grind only as much coffee as you need for each use.
Start with two tablespoons per 8 oz. of water and adjust according to your taste and preference.
Sit back and enjoy the fresh aroma and flavors of small batch roasted Mayorga coffee!

Mayorga coffees are packaged in heat-sealed foil bags with a degassing valve for optimal freshness.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Once the airtight seal on the bag is broken, roll the bag down and use the tin tie to re-close the bag, squeezing out as much air as possible.
If available, store bag in a small airtight container.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
