Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Enriched Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin [vitamin B3], Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [vitamin B1], Riboflavin [vitamin B2], Folic Acid [vitamin B9]), Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Whey, Soybean Oil, Whole Eggs. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Baking Powder (baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Salt, Vanilla Extract, Soy Flour.
Keep pancakes frozen until ready to use. Microwave Oven: Stack pancakes on microwave safe plate. Microwave at High until warm: 1 Pancake: 30 to 45 seconds, 2 pancakes: 45 to 60 Seconds, 3 pancakes 1 minute to 1 minute 10 seconds. Note: Microwave oven performance varies. Heating time may require adjustment for best results. Toaster: Toast at Medium setting until warm. Frozen pancakes may require more than one toasting cycle. Note: Toaster performance varies. Toaster setting may require adjustment for best results. Toasting should be supervised . Watch toaster while heating. Heating by children should be supervised by an adult.
