Medaglia D'Oro brewing suggestions.
Espresso - use 1 to 2 tablespoons of Medaglia D'Oro and 3 oz. of fresh, cold water for each demitasse cup. Brew in any espresso coffeemaker. Serve with sugar and a twist of lemon peel (optional). For continental-style coffee, use 6 oz. of water per cup. Use more or less Medaglia D'Oro to suit your taste.
Latte - to 2 oz. of hot Medaglia D'Oro espresso, add 6 oz. of warm (not boiled) milk. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
Cappuccino - add equal amounts of hot Medaglia D'Oro espresso and warm milk (2 oz. of each) - (heat milk to just below boiling but do not bring to a boil). Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of shaved chocolate or cinnamon.
French roast style coffee - blend 2 tablespoons of Medaglia D'Oro with 3 tablespoons of your regular coffee (vary to taste). Brew your usual way in any coffeemaker and serve in regular coffee cups with cream and sugar (optional). Makes 8 cups.
