This Cava is made scrupulously by the traditional method such that secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. Our Extra Dry Cava has a slight scent of toast and pears. It is refreshing, fruity, smooth and easy to drink. It makes the perfect aperitif wine and pairs well with almost any foods, including fried food and sushi. Alc. 11.5% by vol.
