Basic Bran Muffins: 1 box Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Muffin Mix, 1 tbsp. butter or oil, 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups. Place Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Muffin Mix into mixing bowl; cut in butter or vegetable oil. Add milk and egg. Mix until just blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
