Microwave:• Place 16 ounces of vegetables and 3 Tbsp. water into a microwave safe cooking dish.• Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes.• Stir and cook an additional 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Season and serve.Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending upon microwave used. Stove Top:• Bring 1/3 cup of water to boil in a saucepan.• Add 16 ounces of frozen vegetables and return to boil.• Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 5–7 minutes; stir once during cooking time. Season and serve.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
