Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Sea Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Oregano, Organic Basil and Yeast Packet (Inside Hoe).
Directions
Directions: (1) Pour contents of pizza mix bag and one yeast packet (inside box) into large mixing bowl. (2) Pour 1 cup lukewarm water and 1 Tbs vegetable oil (olive or canola suggested) into bowl. (3) Mix using spoon, then knead dough. Place dough ball into oiled mixing bowl. Cover dough and let rise until double (about 45 minutes) for thick crust. (4) Punch down dough and shape into pizza pan. Oil dough lightly and let rise about 15 minutes. (5) Put ingredients-meat, cheese, vegetables, sauces, etc. on dough. (6) Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven until bubbly and brown (about 20 minutes). Thin Crust: After step 2, knead dough and place in oiled mixing bowl. Let dough rise until double (or all day to retard yeast). Divide dough into two, then shape one dough ball into pan, let rest for 5 minutes and place ingredients on dough. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees until done (about 10-15 minutes). Cook thoroughly. Do not eat raw dough or batter.
Best if store below 70 degrees F after purchase and use before.
