Cook bacon for 3 1/2 minutes on each side or until cooked completely. Drain bacon on paper towels before serving. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place slices slightly overlapping on a cold rack in a broiler pan. Broil about 4-6 inches below heat. Turn once, 2-3 minutes on each side or until done.
