Dough Mixture: Enriched Durum Wheat Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Egg Whites. Cheese Mixture: Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (Milk, Whey, Cream, Vinegar, Salt), Water, Egg Whites. Pecorino Romano Cheese (Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Salt), Sicilian Sea Salt, White Pepper. Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Cellulose Powder Added to Prevent Caking. Sauce: Tomatoes, Salt and Naturally Derived Citric Acid.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. To ensure food safety, read and follow these Cooking Instructions. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Ovens and cooking times may vary. Please be careful, contents will be hot. Conventional Oven Instructions: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 400°F. (2) Remove film before cooking. (3) Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. (4) Cook approximately 35-45 minutes. (5) Remove tray from oven and let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven Instructions: (1) Puncture film to vent steam during cooking. (2) Place tray in microwave. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. (3) Let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving.
Keep frozen.
