Must be cooked thoroughly.
Microwave Directions:
Do not open, pierce, or thaw bag before cooking.
1. Gently shake bag to side to side evenly distribute contents.
2. Place one frozen, unopened bag in microwave.
3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time.
Wattage ... Cooking minutes.
700-800 ... 6 1/2 Minutes.
900-1000 ... 6 Minutes.
1100-1200 ... 5 1/2 Minutes.
Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate.
4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution bag will be hot.
5. Carefully remove bag from microwave.
6. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy!
Stove Top Directions:
Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.
For food safety:
Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Do not refreeze.
Heat to 165°F before use.
Refrigerate leftovers.
