Let sit covered in microwave for 2 minutes. Caution! Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. To Thaw: Remove frozen cakes from package, plate, securely cover, and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze. Broil: Place oven rack in center and preheat to high heat. Broil thawed cakes on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for 5 more minutes. Pan Fry: Coat skillet with oil. Place thawed cakes in skillet, cover with lid, fry over low heat for 13 minutes, flip, & cook for 13 more minutes. Note: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
