It's simple. Using the Instacart app or website, you can shop for your favorite products from a Milam's Markets near you. After you have placed your order, Instacart will connect you with a personal shopper in your area to shop and deliver your order. Contactless delivery is available with our "Leave at my door" option. You can track your order's progress and communicate with your shopper every step of the way using the Instacart app or website.

The best part about Milam's Markets delivery via Instacart is that you can choose when you would like to schedule your delivery. You can get it in as fast as an hour, or choose a dropoff time for later in the day or week to fit your schedule.

Delivery windows start as early as 9am and run as late as midnight. Check local store hours. Delivery hours are subject to store operating hours, which includes holidays.

To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend—

Using the Instacart app or website, select Milam's Markets, select Pickup, and then select your preferred pickup location from which you’d like to place your order for groceries.

Then, when you arrive at Milam's Markets, use the Instacart app to notify us. Depending on the store, a shopper or store employee will bring the groceries to your car, or you can pick them up at the designated area.

Your Milam's Markets order placed via Instacart will be ready to pick up at the time you requested when you placed your order. However, no need to stress if you’re late! As long as you arrive before the end of the latest pickup window, we’ll have your order ready to go. (Heads up—the latest pickup window may end before the store’s closing time.)
