Simple homemade granola that pairs well with milk, yogurt or just by the handful!

2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Mix together oats, quinoa, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate smaller bowl, combine applesauce, maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour wet mixture over oats. Stir to combine.
Spread granola onto baking sheet in one even layer. Bake at 275 for 45 minutes; stir every 10 minutes.
Let cool and store in an air-tight container for up to 4 weeks.
