After all of the rich holiday foods, shake things up with a cocktail that’ll make your taste buds sit up and say, “Hello!”
Add all the ingredients except for the soda water into an ice filled shaker.
Strain into a tall Collins glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a Tarragon sprig.
*Tarragon Simple Syrup:
.5 cup Turbinado sugar
.5 cup Boiling water
6 large tarragon leaves
Combine the sugar and boiling water.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the tarragon leaves and steep in hot simple syrup for 20 minutes.
Strain into a clean jar, cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks
