Ingredients

Broccoli, Carrots, Baby Cob Corn, Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, Sugar Snap Peas, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Onions.

Directions

Heating: Skillet: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok. (Optional: Before cooking vegetables add 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces. Cook approximately 5 minutes or until chicken turns white, turning often.) 2. Add frozen vegetables. 3. Stir vegetable 5 to 8 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F) or until crisp-tender. Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Heat on high 5 to 7 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stirring halfway through the cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook.
