With them in mind we set out to create a meatless pepperoni that could satisfy the exacting standards of a nation of pepperoni experts. We replaced the traditional white fat with whole grain organic brown rice, adapted texture from our famous Tofurky deli slices, and the flavor, well that's our little secret.
