Cooking Instructions (from Refrigerator): Pre-cooked! Only needs re-heating! Skillet (Preferred): In a lightly oiled pan, warm over medium heat until heated through (to an internal temp of 165 degrees F). Microwave: Remove grounds from bag and cook on high in a microwave safe bowl for 30-40 seconds (heat to an internal temp of 165 F). From Frozen: Thaw under frugal use of water. After thaw, use cooking instructions above.
